Q: HOW HARD IS COLLEGE SUCCESS ACCELERATOR?
A: Overall, the College-Ready Culture Essentials and College-Ready Time Essentials modules are meant to be primarily informative, full of readily digestible concepts and info. Both of these modules can be concluded over the course of a week.
I designed the middle College-Ready Writing Essentials module as a more actionable, flexible unit that can be completed in as few as five weeks…or slotted in to whatever extended schedule suits.
This module is reasonably more rigorous, by design. Studies show that academic rigor prior to college is perhaps THE most important factor in preparing students for college success.
Many high school graduates are inadequately prepared for college precisely because their high school curriculum was not demanding enough. It’s important to note, though, that being prepared for college means being READY to learn at the college level—NOT already adept at college-level work.
